Orders and delivery
Future product details, scope, pricing, delivery format, and estimated timing will be shown before purchase. A purchase is confirmed only after successful payment and checkout confirmation. Custom work may require additional information from the customer before delivery can begin.
Payments powered by Lemon Squeezy
If checkout is enabled and the rvvzu store is approved, eligible transactions will be powered by Lemon Squeezy. The customer purchases the rvvzu-supplied product through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax or VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and checkout compliance. Buyers will also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
Prices and payment methods
Prices and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may depend on the customer’s device, location, and the options supported by Lemon Squeezy at the time of purchase.
14-day refund requests
A refund may be available when requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests are reviewed case by case and are not automatically approved. Eligibility may depend on whether work has started or a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or substantially used. Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Ownership and permitted use
Unless a product or project agreement says otherwise, the rvvzu name, website, text, and original materials remain the property of rvvzu. A purchased digital product may be used only under the license or delivery terms provided with that purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, resell materials without permission, or use rvvzu content for unlawful purposes.
